Jur.dr. i folkrätt, specialiserad på den arab-israeliska konflikten, och journalist.

Varit generalsekreterare på Svensk Israel-Information, varit Skandinavienchef på Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

Disputerade på avhandlingen A Right to Self-Determination and a Privilege to Independence: A Legal Assessment of the Prospects for Peace & Security in the Middle East (Uppsala, 2007), med utgångspunkt från Hohfelds rättighetsteori.

Utvandrade till Tel Aviv, Israel år 2000, återvände till Sverige 2007.
